Data processed for contract execution will be stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for the limitation period provided by applicable law.
Data processed for marketing purposes will be retained until you object or request deletion.
Data processed for legal obligations will be stored for the statutory retention periods (e.g., tax and accounting).

6. Data Sharing

Your data may be disclosed to:

Service providers (e.g., IT services, logistics, payment processing) acting as processors under written agreements;
Distributors and resellers, if involved in handling your request or order;
Public authorities, where required by law;
Group companies, if necessary for administrative or contractual purposes.
